There are 2 forms of BK, if you really want to repay these elect the one with repayment. The creditors have to accept the payment plan and I believe the interest stops (accounts are also closed). Everyone talks about how bad BK is on the CR, it is off in 10 years. If it takes you 5 years of bad credit to get out, there is an additional 7 years after that so that is 12 years of bad credit.
