There are three reasons not to buy: all are qualitative. A quantitative analysis suggests a buy.

1. Insiders have been selling at an alarming rate.

2. Their home page does not list an investor relations contact.

3. Their mission statement begins with serving the shareholder rather than the customer. Compare this with the statements of great companies like Johnson & Johnson and KRB. Their priority is to serve the patient and the client. From that goal, the shareholder would be served because products and service meet the highest standards and thus flow brand loyalty and repeat customers.

This is not the type of company in which I can have confidence.
