There is that, and I have had words with them about that before. But that is not the subject I brought up.

Just was mentioning that if a USAA member happened to need research on an applicant that wants to rent a house, USAA does provide that service.

I actually don't use USAA for insurance on my rentals, as I have found Safeco to be significantly cheaper. I found that out several years ago when USAA had a 3 rental cap, and the wife and I acquired a 4th rental. USAA has now raised their rental cap to 5, but we are happily staying with Safeco for our rentals as they were there for us when we acquired that 4th rental and are about 14% cheaper.
