There's been some discussion lately here at the Fool that the S & P is overvalued. We're getting near retirment and I'm moving into the S & P from individual stocks. Do you still think this is the best idea?

Have you set aside funds for the next three years living expenses ? This should be approx 12% of your current net worth. What about asset allocation ? Do you have funds allocated to Small Value, Small Growth, US Large Cap, and Intl Large Cap ? Bonds Short Term ?, Bonds ?Intermediate for example ?
