There's no reason to not have your traditional IRA and your Roth at the same broker. If both are in the same place, there is the advantage that should you in the future want to roll your traditional IRA into the Roth, the paperwork should be easier and no problem with things getting "lost" between brokerages.
The only thing would be if you wanted to put mutual funds in one of your accounts, in which perhaps you would want an IRA account at a mutual fund company.
