Yesterday afternoon while myself and someone else in my apartment were on our respective computers using my wifi. Microsoft flashed the word virus all over her screen telling her to call tech support. When she called the techie told her it was going to cost $199.00 to remove her alleged computer virus. She explained that she did not have the money. He hung up on her, then another tech called saying the same thing, she informed him that she did not have the money, he hung up on her. She then called University of Phoenix tech support they fixed her computer for free in a few minutes. The first call was from 1-800-932-9304.
