Things that CC must do for E*TRADE :

1. Stop issuing options to yourself and other board and mgmt. Members.
2. Do not sell ( put a freeze on ) shares acquired through options until the stock price goes above $30/share at least because it is still 9 dollars per share less than but CC said ET is worth ( $39 ).
3. Stop issuing new options for next one year and even after that ET should never issue any options to any body including CC MORE THAN 20% LESS THAN THE CURRENT PRICE. Not to mention 58 cents/share options.
4. Fire the staff that does not add to the bottom line including your senior mgmt.
5. Cut costs and increase profitability aggressively.
6. Improve EPS significantly.
7. First priority should be earnings growth not accounts growth. If earning grow that will help the share price go up and at higher share price you can make more acquisitions and account growth than at this price level. Also it won't hurt the investors confidence in ET stock.
8. Improve the beaten up share price.
9. Increase market cap starting ASAP.
10. Reduce ET's Beta ( risk ) factor to 1 or less.
11. Stop collecting more debt. Do not dilute existing shareholders share value.
12. Stop any more acquisitions at this critical juncture. Focus on bottom line improvement.
13. Build the Wall Street confidence in E*TRADE'S capabilities.
14. Improve your advertisements and tell public that come to ET for:
· a lifetime respected relationship
· free online investing sessions using knowledge center.
· diversification and risk management of their portfolios.
· Investing in stocks,mutual funds,bonds,index funds, 401 k,IRAs,private account management's by professionals,
· For investing using dollar denomination as well as number of shares –as you like.
· For investing in your future like opening your kids investment accounts and saving for college.
· for unbiased investment advice using Earnst & Young .
· For active traders, ET has platforms like Clear Station etc.
· For best banking experience.
· For best mortgage experience.
· For insurance.
· For convenient bill payment.
· For account aggregation.
· For great customer service.
· For great commissions and fees.
· For smart investing.
· For any thing and every thing you need to know.
· One stop financial place.
· Tell customers : E*TRADE – ITS YOUR MONEY, WE WILL HELP YOU MANAGE IT WISELY.

We hope you can do it. We love e*trade. If you can not, then resign immediately and let some one with a better understanding of the share holders' wounds take over. Make sure if you go the whole board go too. We do not need people like you and other senior mgmt. People ruin this great company and its shareholders. Its clear you guys live in some other world totally out of touch with share holders and their woos. LET ME TELL YOU, A COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST FOR THE SAKE OF ACQUISITIONS, AGGRESSIVE AND UNCONTROLLED SPENDING, LOSING MONEY OR MAKING NO MONEY, BURNING CASH YEAR OVER YEAR OVER YEAR, GROWING WITHOUT INCREASING BOTTOM LINE OR MARKET CAP, OR FOR THE SAKE OF PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT TO PEOPLE BUT

A COMPANY EXITS TO MAKE MONEY FOR ITS SHAREHOLDERS,INCREASE MARKET CAP, INCREASE PROFIT, and INCREASE RATE OF RETURN ON INVESTMENT.
IF SHAREHOLDERS ARE NOT HAPPY, THEN YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS – SHAREHOLDER REVOLT.

LET ME TELL YOU THIS :

E*TRADE, ITS OUR MONEY – YOU BETTER TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT

I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS BASIC INVESTING USING SOME COMMON SENSE.

THANKS.
