Dick Morris states the following:

•47% of visitors to Obama's site are foreigners.
•5% of visitors to Romney's site are foreigners.
•Contributions over $200 do not need to be reported.
•98% of money Obama raised in September are not reportable.

I'm not really understanding why this isn't a story....besides the obvious. I mean if we hopped in our wayback machine and Bush did this in 2000 they'd be calling for his impeachment before he was even elected. Wouldn't it be relatively easy to do a little detective work to find out how much of these contributions are illegal?
