I've been coming to the Motley Fools web site for over six years now. Mostly I'm content to just lurk on a dozen or so of my favorite boards.

Last month my subscription came up for renewal. I didn't hesitate to sign up and pay for two more years. There's one simple reason for that and it's called Help with this STUPID computer!

This has got to be one of the finest forums in the history of the Internet. The volume of knowledge coupled with the generosity of the regulars who tirelessly give their support and patience to those in need, is, well, staggering! Literally all of my computer knowledge has been derived from this board.

Yesterday, when I realized that some sort of spyware was preventing my access to Google, I knew that all I had to do was post my problem here, and the resident experts would hash out a solution for me. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. Problem solved.

You folks are the greatest and deserve to hear some praise.

Thanks again. Back to lurk mode, until something else goes awry on my computer. :-)
