This has been a frustrating week for me in regard to dealing with Citi employees. Because certain people in the CS and fraud departments didn't do their jobs correctly, after three days of being able to use my new card,purchases were suddenly declined (this is now fixed), the temporarily credit was not processed (yesterday I was told it will now show up on Tuesday), and tech services could not get me access to my online account (finally a helpful tech worker told me that I need to clear my browser's cache, cookies, and history).It should not take this much effort on the part of the cardholder to get this to work right. Murphy's Law certainly ruled this week!Shire
