Well this has been one for the record books. I have logged about 2 hours catching up from yesterday at lunch time. Wow! I have never seen so much emotion on this thread. Some milestones:

1. I agreed with all of Eric's posts today. I believe I have to agree with him on the charge off post regarding the ability to settle and get bad info off the credit file. Bad credit stays on a file for good reasons. Sometimes it protects us from ourselves. I won't be looking for any credit any time soon.

2. Dale's Pay your bills thread didn't provoke me to violence. I totally agree with him on this one. I know it is hard advice, but obviously (myself included)some of us haven't taken this advice to heart yet. I know it seems a little ill placed sometimes and Dale could go to TACT school for his choice of timing, but we need to hear everyone's view. This board is about diversity and everyone striving for a common goal. I believe all posters want to be debt free and most of us want to accumulate wealth.

Maybe tomorrow will be a better day. Smile and be happy. Let's all get a good nights sleep and face tomorrow with the optimism of Fools.

Fool on!

Will
