KPP currently pays an 11% yield. I bought i today. Their business is solid and we have a very low p/e here. This stock is not going to rocket overnight, but it's also not going to drop like a rock in a correction. If you buy KPP and hold it for a few years, the 11% dividend alone will eventually pay for your initial purchase!:D Any share price appreciation during while you hold is just icing on the cake. Great long term stock here.
