This is half MUS. 7/11 will continue to offer (at least for a while) as many Big Gulps as you can toss down your gullet. (Don't forget that it's hard to find a bathroom in NYC.) 7/11 is not covered under this new law and in any case it hasn't yet gone into effect. The Mayor's authority extends only to "restaurants" through the Board of Health. 7/11 is not classified as a restaurant. Yes, even though they sell pre-made sandwiches and junk such as Twinkies.
