This is more great information. I have been in touch with my company's plan administrator who gave me what I need to know about this company. It would appear that adjusting the percentage withdrawn would be the most effective use of this benefit. I want to maximize my savings ability over the course of the year without any "downtime," or time where nothing is being withheld because of a limit here or there.

Thank you all for the advice.
