This may be a shockingly ignorant question, but why do you want to go through all of that work?

I guarantee you that you can not change the past performance of your investments.


Well, its not about changing past performance, its about choosing whether I should sink this new money into the same portfolio, or choose a new one (one which I can control more extensively).

Great idea by the previous poster about looking at the W-2's. I did not even think of that. Thanks!
