This morning I had a nice omelet..one egg, two eggbeaters...... with about 3 oz of ham chopped up, a roma tomato, maybe 3/4 oz of cheddar cheese, a few spinach leaves....cooked nicely in a pan on the stove...

enjoyed it with two cups of Taster's Choice instant coffee, 4 oz OJ, and a half apple...... (oh , and the morning senior multi-vitamin pill, a vitamin C pill, baby aspirin, and the blood pressure pill).

Around noon, I'll probably enjoy a small piece of left over pizza and maybe a bowl of high fiber cereal with blueberries....

afternoon snack..maybe half banana....

Not sure on dinner tonight..... maybe a big chicken salad?
