This parallels studies of structural analysis. One side of an equation in a structural analysis is set to zero and the other is the vector forces involved. Of course a building has to be over built to survive. But you never get the two sides dead on to agree FOR THE SAKE OF building a building to a zero difference.

And if you under build a building you possibly kill the inhabitants.

Well D'uh!!
