This reminds me of the hapless rantings of the Heritage Foundation, which predicted amazing results from the Bush tax cuts - millions more jobs created than actually were, families would have several thousand dollars more in expendable income than they actually do, Social Security and Medicare would be saved with a $1.5 trillion dollar windfall of uncommitted funds, and incredibly, the entire national debt would be paid off by 2011!
