Anyone know what they are called and how to request them? I heard that either decades ago, or at fancy schmancy restaurants, some restaurants had the menus with prices for the host and that menus without prices could/would be given to the guest. Are these menus still available at some establishments and if so how would they be requested?

Thanks.

They used to be called "Ladies Menus" but that term is no longer used. In some restaurants they are called "Guest Menus". (At private clubs the ones with the prices are called "Members Menus".)

And there are still some places that use them. I would ask when making the reservation and then again when I arrive at the restaurant.
