Fellow Fools

I thought that I would weigh in on the debate of late regarding the appropriate style of posting for Gorilla Game and Foolish investing. I frankly do not agree with the implication being made that Tinker's posts are not made with sufficient deliberation and careful analysis. By his own admission, Tinker writes at the "top of his head". Well all I can say is that IMHO there is much value in that region of Tinker's crainium. It appears that Tinker has one of the rare gifts of being able to think at high levels, at a high pace while at the same time managing to put in all down on paper (screen) in a way that entertains, amuses and and enriches his readers. Tinker, like the best composers, wears his heart on his sleave. Those who follow his posts, have the privilage of sharing his thought processes first hand. And what a ride it has been! The stock market does not rise or fall in a linear fashion nor does human thinking. Tinker has the ability to share his ideas with us "as they happen". As a result, we not only benefit from his insightful commentary, we get to know the man as the Fool that he is. We know about his wife and about his MBA program! Most of all, what we may loose in perfect grammar we gain in sincerity and realism. Tinker is my favorite Fool because he does what Fools do: Entertain, Amuse, and Enrich. Keep it up Tinker.
