Tivo is a holding where I would have difficulty qualitatively rationalizing its initial purchase (much like Faro). If I tried, I believe I'd fumble a bit (paid $5.76 a share for it initially). One of those 'intuitive' buys where something below the conscious level was poking at my brain with a sharp stick (for those folks who have read Incognito: The Secret Lives of the Brain, by neuroscientist David Eagleman.)
