To anyone looking to replicate the Fool 50...

I suggest you set up an account with Sharebuilder(Sharebuilder.com) and subscribe to the 'All you can build' plan. You pay a set subscription fee of 12.00 a month which allows you to buy as many companies as you wish with no minimums. Sharebuilder buys stocks every tuesday...so you can buy up to 4 times a month. Your only commissions are the 12.00 monthly fee. You can buy via electronic debits from your bank account or you can send a check to Sharebuilder. Sharebuilder has proven a great vehicle for anyone who wants to dollar cost average multiple companies. I have been using them for some time and I have been quite satisfied. I buy up to 32 different companies...so without Sharebuilder my commissions would not be affordable. I simply pay 12.00 per month. Just go there and set up an account...then enter the fool 50 companies..and decide how much you want to commit on a recurring basis. You can purchase on a weekly, bi weekly, or monthly schedule(tuesdays) or make one time purchases. Great tool to create a Fool 50 fund!
