To deviate from the fold... I have a pair of Ginghers and I liked them well enough for fabric but I always thought they were a little too tough to use. I always felt I had to put alot of pressure to make them work well.

About a year ago I was introducted to KAI sissors. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

I still have my Ginghers but I default to the KAIs every time. The smoothe action is great and they cut through fabric like a hot knife through butter.

I cannot recommend them enough. I bought a set for my mom and she agrees, better than Ginghers....
