To Jaysin:

Its a no brainer, buy Money Magazine and pick a NO LOAD,front or back end, and invest directly with the 1-800 phone line. the only reason you'd need the broker is if you have no interest in learning about the market. Read the last three pages of Forbes Magazine on the market. Invest in foolish four. If you pay a broker and the investment declines , your loss is aggravated by his commission. Fidelity and Vanguard are two excellent firms to invest thru with tax deferred protection.
