To make a long story short I could only do one, almost, sort of, chin up, and only 1/2 half a body roll, in fact given the size of my stomach, 1/2 a body roll is a body roll! I had both my wife and some onlookers in stitches and it was a good lesson that I really do need to get myself in shape!! My goal is 10 marine style chin ups by May 1, plus being able to do the entire course at the "Championship" level by July 1.Jim Oh that is a great goal Jim!
