Let me be clear,

I don't care what laws are any state's or any govt's entity's books.

as if that is any arbiter.

Its crime against humanity and the weakest at that.

If someone is borrowing @ 23%, they are self disintegrating.

The weakest go belly up, those just above are stuck in a life of purgatory , harmful to all society.

Individuals may not be moral but life is.

The day is coming.
