To Raven's post I'd add:

Appearance and demeanor are important, not just becaue you'll be cooped up with other member of your audit team, but also because you'll be dealing with client personnel on a regular basis.

do not expect technical questions. Only a jerk will try to put you on the spot with a question about FIN46.

But do expect "situational" questions. For example, Have you ever had to deal with a difficult parent of one of your students? What was the situation? How did you handle it? Only a jerk will ask you to identify your weak points, but your ability to discuss your ability to handle conflicts is important. So, think about situations you've dealt with in the past, and how you acted to resolve them.
