Another thought along those lines - in my yoga class we set our intention for each class. Setting your intention for quitting - and remembering it - may help.

Also, if you really think about everything your hands (and fingernails ) encounter, you will be grossed out enough to never put them in your mouth again. The bacteria on doorknobs along is staggering.
