Hello, fellow fools!
I read an article in Business Week stating that technology stocks will be around and have tremendous growth. However, these tech stocks will not be the leaders of the past few years, like the Cisco's and JDS. Can you please research the top 30 tech stocks--in market cap and potential growth--ending in 1990? In the article, they stated that 9 of the 30 companies are not publicly traded. And, the few companies that have remained are ones like Compaq---which recently lost its top market share in PCs. Basically, I want to invest in tech stocks, since I am young and can take on risk, but I am not comfortably in paying $15 for Cisco when it only earns 3 cents per quarter.
Thanks for the effort.
