This is some info i have compiled on this stock of which i am very long (26years)....

CLOSING PRICE EACH YR FROM 1980 TO 1998, ALL ON DEC.31ST:

1980 $31.5
1981 35.0
1982 40.25
1983 52.625
1984 59.750
1985 93.0
Split 3for1 4-11-86
1986 45.750
1987 69.125
Split 2for1 4-4-88
1988 36.125
1989 53.625
1990 51.25 ********
1991 80.75
Split 3for1 9-15-92
1992 32.625
1993 44.125
1994 49.375
1995 52.50
1996 56.25
1997 79.56
1998 89.56
ONLY ONE YEAR IN 20 THAT IT CLOSED OUT THE YEAR LOWER

SIMPLE MATH: IF YOU BOUGHT 100 SHARES @ $31.5 ON 12-31-80= $3150 TOTAL INVESTMENT WITHOUT INVESTING ANOTHER DIME WOULD BE WORTH $142,000 WITHOUT REINVESTING THE DIVIDENDS, SAY WE ADD 20% FOR DIV. REINVESTMENTS WOULD BRING THE TOTAL TO $170,640, NOT TO SHABBY....

WITH THE LAUNCH OF "ECLIPSE" AND THE FOUNDATION LAID ABROAD...THIS TREND SHOULD REMAIN IN TACT WELL INTO THE FUTURE......

FOOD FOR THOUGHT.....

EOM
