This may be a primitive question, but here goes...where can I find a place to enter all of my portfolio information in to see see what my total total YTD return is. Many places don't allow you to enter SELL info in, or it doesn't calculate in the return on your sold securities into the YTD %. I know that fool.com has one, but it seems that it doesn't exactly view the information that I want it to.Is anyone able to steer to toward a means of storing my investment transaction history to tract return....total, YTD, Daily, etc. (I realize that I could always resort to MS Excel!)THANKS!!!
Well, try Quicken. I think you will find it useful.
csufstudent:Try http://moneycentral.msn.com/investorI have used this portfolio tracker for two years. It is the best I have found. It will display YTD return and Average Annual Return. You can also toggle between "show sold securities" and "don't show". Good luck. dave
