I bought this stock a bit late because I had some money tied up. I wanted to grab it around 27.50.

I jumped in a little late and I am afraid I missed the short term ride I wanted from the trade. My question is in the short term (3 - 6 months do you see this stock going up to 33 - 34.00 or playing around in the high 20's?

Also, how do you see them doing when real estate drops 20 - 30% in the next year or two?
