I have no idea why the bond is doing so well. http://cxa.gtm.idmanagedsolutions.com/finra/BondCenter/BondD...Yeah, in retrospect, I’m tempted to say that I should have bought more. But that sort of insanity leads to losses more often than not if one isn’t careful. I put on my first position just over a year ago at 30.750. Prices traded sideways for a while and then began to edge up. So I added at 36.500, whereupon prices continued to trade sideways. I was in the money. So I got lazy and sloppy and didn’t track prices closely and failed to notice the breakout in Nov-Dec. That’s when some adding could have/should have been done, and why investing isn’t just a fundamentals game. Technicals matter, and they deserve attention. When to buy (or sell) is as important as What.
