I a have a question on where I can find the Treasury Constant Maturity Rate.My pension interest is keyed off of this. From my plan Document:The plan's interest rate is fixed each January 1 atthe average of the annual interest rates on the one-year U.S. Treasury Constant Maturity, duringthe preceding months of August, September and October, rounded to the nearest 10th of apercent plus 1%.?? The 2007 monthly interest crediting rate is 0.4868% (6.0% annual rate).?? The 2006monthly interest crediting rate was 0.4074% (5.0% annual rate).?? The 2005 monthly interest crediting rate was 0.2547% (3.1% annual rate). The 2008 annual rate is 5.2%.How do I figure the 2009 rate so I can decide when to start collecting.A 1% swing in this rate is more than $600 a month to me. in setting my annuity.I know I can't be sure until the end of October but where is it now? Thanks,Mike
