Last week I ran Spybot Search and Destroy. It found "Banker", a trojan that snatches log-on IDs and Passwords for bank accounts and credit cards. Either I did not completely remove it with Spybot or I have been re-infected, because when I ran Spybot again tonight, it is showing the trojan again.

One of my problems is that Spybot will not let me totally remove it from the computer because it says I do not have administrator rights on my laptop. It is my personal laptop, nobody else uses it, and I personally bought it.

When I found it the other day I went in and changed my passwords to my accounts---I am assuming I need to do that again, correct?

1. How do I give myself administrator rights on the laptop????

2. Also, how do I get rid of this thing?

Thanks in advance!

Jen
