Hello Fools,
I was reading this article today from MarketWatch:

http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story.asp?guid=%7B04446493%2DB533%2D4095%2DACF4%2D4AFD96068152%7D&siteid=mktw&

It seems to talk about there being an issue with ASKJ and IACI using illegal advertising practices through adware and spyware. Does anyone know how large of an impact this type of litigation would have on the true value of the companies assuming the outcome was to change these alleged practices? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
PharonicFool
