Ryder continues to do all it can to drive the experienced employees from its ranks. Anyone with any time at the company knows that the only thing Ryder is concerned with is sending out the monthly bills to its customers. Customer service is gone as well as the morale of most of the people who built the company.The Logistics division is on the market for sale, as well as drastic staff reductions. The problem occurs when the experienced people leave and the new inexperienced (BUT CHEAPER) people take over. Every area of the company suffers from under-staffing, low morale, and massive screw-ups. No one cares much.The company exec's are too stupid to know or care.The company should be sold to a company that will care about its customers and employees. Everyone at the Region level or above should not recieve "The Golden Parachute" .. Swenton should fire himself and the other idiots who have driven this once great company into the sewer.
