[[True, but I have my Roth, my wife's Roth, possible my daughters Roth (she's only 9 months so I don't if I can pay her for 'emotional support' and not raise the IRS' eyebrows) and my daughters Ed IRA.]]Nix on the IRA for the 9 month old. In ordr to make an IRA contribution (either traditional or Roth), you have to have EARNED INCOME. Paying your daughter for nothing will cause you many more problems that it's worth. Both with your tax returns and the IRS.TMF TaxesRoy
