Tomorrow is Allan Greenspan day and the blurbs are full of speculation as to which way the rates will go.

At last count:
1/2 were favoring a Rate hike of 0.25%.
1/2 were favoring no changes in the rate.
1/2 were sure that the other 1/2 were wrong.
1/2 were absolutely certain that by Wednesday it would all be clear.
The final 1/2 of the group were suggesting that if tomorrow was Thursday, then Friday would be the next day.

I tend to agree with them but with all of those 1/2's it adds up to a whole lot of inflation. I figure we return to the 1998 rate levels and then in 00 they see where we are before raising them some more.
