Hey, a request was made. ;)

1 15 1/2 oz jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 tsp dried whole oregano
1/4 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (6 1/2 oz) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 8 oz package lasagna noodles
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 8 oz package mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Combine first six ingredients in a medium saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain.

Spoon one-third of tuna mixture into a slightly greased 12x8x2 inch baking dish. (mine is 9x13, what the heck) Layer half each of noodles, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese; top with one0third of tuna mixture. Repeat layers with remaining noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, and tuna mixture; sprinkle with parmesan. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Southern Living again. :)
