Warning - everything is approximate !
Can of tuna
cooked noodles (4 servings)
can of cream of mushroom soup
stalk of celery, diced
can of mushrooms, drained(cheap pieces)
minced onions - about 1 tablespoon (or a spinkle of dried)
grated parmesan (to taste)
diced swiss cheese (to taste)

In a small frying pan, melt about 1 T of butter or margarine, throw in the celery and onions. Cook for about 5 minutes.
In a casserole dish, mix soup, half a can of milk, dollop of sherry(regular NOT cooking), then throw in and mix everything else.

Top with Italian breadcrumbs and some additional parmesan. Cook at 350 for about 30-45 minutes(until bubbly).

(who obviously will never be Martha Stewart - although you could serve this with a lovely hand-cut doily under the casserole dish ;)
