Buttermilk Brined Smoked Turkey for Thanksgiving

I might try that, maybe on a bone-in breast with skin on. I like the butter, roasted garlic and chopped chive butter to rub under the skin and in the cavity, too.

I'm thinking I might substitute a Betty Crocker Basil and Lemon Pepper with a little seasoned salt for Jeff's rub in the butter mix though:
