On Easter, I ate like a whale devouring everything in front of me that looked good. As wonderful as that was, I felt bloated and needed to take a power nap afterwards. Later on, I ate popcorn and more chips.
The cumulative effect of this was a 4.5 lb weight gain the next morning.
Surprisingly this morning, I'm back down to my weight of 170; which is what I weighed Easter morning.
Comparing other Tuesday weights, this Tuesday comes out on top, (or the bottom) for most significant weight drop getting back in the saddle from cheat day... check out the numbers...
