I have been tracking UACL for about 6 months and I currently own a small position. I like the fundamentals and the business model. UACL is similar to Landstar Systems (LSTR) in that it owns little or no equipment of its own. While LSTR owns no equipment, UACL has a small percentage of its capacity that is company owned equipment.

UACL recently became a public company but it has been in business for years. Zero debt and a good amount of cash on hand should help UACL develop into a decent small cap grower over the next 5 years. I need to see a few more quarters of free cash flow, earnings and sold return on equity numbers before I increase my position though.

Hope others are searching this company as well.
