I've been reading this book by Mark Hyman, MD and its the first of its type in a long time that makes sense to me. Most of the type seem to make sense for awhile and then go off on some wild tangent that I disagree with. If they all went off on the same wild tangent, I might feel differently. While this is geared toward weight loss, and that isn't my primary concern it has some suggestions that I intend to implement.

Out of curiousity, I'm interested in what supplements/medications you are taking (and why). I find myself balking when I get too many things on the list. Right now, I'm taking

Osteoporosis study medication

I've been in the osteoporosis study for 4 1/2 years and its scheduled to end this fall. It's a double blind so all I know is that I am taking one of two dosage levels for the drug or a placebo.

Lisinopril for blood pressure
Hyaluronic acid which is supposed to be good for dry skin.

The AM/PM calcium is also part of the osteo study.
