Unfortunately, your reasoning has one minor flaw. It is completely devoid of logic. Well, golly gee, I'm all broke up. Or would be, if you could show actual facts to prove I'm wrong. Which is very doubtful. Regards, TTT. Your assertion was "Well, Carnegie isn't alive today, so your position effectively means no libraries should be built."Feel free to explain the logic behind this assertion. The fact is that Carnegie was not the only person to ever endow a library. Even today, people make contributions to libraries all the time, despite the fact that government funding has displaced much of the need for private funding that used to be so prevalent throughout most of the history of libraries.
