My husband and I are in an interesting, short term (4-5 years) situation. He works for a US company but we are stationed overseas. The salaray is not subject to taxes (other than SS & MC). And our housing is paid. Great situation but creates investment questions!

We would like to know about the best type of investments to make while not having to pay taxes. We will both put $2000 into Roth IRA's but what other investment vehicles would be most adventagous with this particular situation?
