Until such time as the U.S. Supreme Court deems federal income tax unconstitutional, those saying you can legally avoid paying taxes because, according to their opinions, the constitution does not authorize the imposition of such a tax, are selling you a lot of hooey.

You choices are to pay your taxes when they are due, or pay taxes, interest, and penalties, perhaps with a jail sentence to boot, later.

People who pay even the slightest attention to scams run the risk of getting scammed.
