I couldn't agree any MORE with Pete on this issue. Things will change dramaticly when these bills get marked up. Heck, if you listen to some in the administration, all of the proposals may be DOA.

So I don't even get interested until the proposals go to the joint committees. Sorry for no real opinion, but I'm still trying to figure out what they DID DO back in 1997 and 1998 :-)
