I just checked out the Owen's Corning website and found this tidbit at the investor relations page for old stock owners:

http://www.owenscorning.com/investors/stock.asp?compid=71581

When will I receive my warrants?

Parties entitled to receive warrants will receive information from Owens Corning's transfer agent, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, by the end of the year.

Can I sell my warrants? How much are they worth?

If/when Owens Corning's share price gets closer to the exercise price, it is likely that the warrants will be listed on an exchange, where they can be traded in exactly the same way as shares. Like Owens Corning's share price, the value of the warrants will be determined by market forces, such as supply and demand, as well as company performance and, the performance of our share price.
